Name Drop: Ensure new customer mentions your name.

New RNC Customers

Sign Up: Call us at 843-675-3200 (Option 2) or apply online.

Provide Name: Tell us the name of the account holder who should receive credit.

RiverNet Connect Referral Program Guidelines

RiverNet Connect is excited to offer a special referral program for our valued customers. For every new customer referred to RiverNet Connect, both the referrer and the new customer will receive a $20 bill credit. This is our way of saying thank you for helping us grow our community!

Program Details

Referral Credit for Existing Customers: Existing customers (Referrers) will receive a $20 bill credit for each new customer they successfully refer to RiverNet Connect. The bill credit will be applied to the Referrer's bill within the first two billing cycles after installation/activation of the new service is complete.

Credit for New Customers: New customers referred to RiverNet Connect will receive a $20 bill credit within the first two billing cycles after installation/activation is complete.

How to Participate

Existing Customers: Refer family and friends to RiverNet Connect. Ensure that the new customer mentions your name (the account holder) to the customer representative when they sign up for the new service.

New Customers: Call the office or apply online for new service. Inform the customer service representative that you were referred by a RiverNet Connect customer. Provide the accurate name of the account holder who referred you.

Terms and Conditions

1) Eligibility: The referral program is open to all current RiverNet Connect customers. There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing customer can make.

2) Referral Credit: It is up to the new customer to provide the account holder’s name to receive credit. RNC will not ask for this information. Referrals cannot be retroactively applied.

3) Credit Application: The $20 bill credit for the Referrer will be applied within two billing cycles after the new customer has service installed. The $20 discount for the new customers will be applied within two billing cycles upon installation/activation of service.

4) Service Activation: The new customer must activate a new internet service with RiverNet Connect and maintain the service for at least one full billing cycle. The referred service must be a qualifying internet service plan.

5) Program Changes: RiverNet Connect reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the RiverNet Connect website and/or customer communication channels.
